Disc resurfacing is a cost-effective way to restore many scratched or damaged discs by carefully removing minor surface imperfections that can cause skipping, freezing, read errors, or installation issues. We can resurface most standard CDs, DVDs, music CDs, movie DVDs, Xbox, Xbox 360, PlayStation, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Sega Dreamcast, GameCube, Wii, and many other disc-based formats. However, Blu-ray discs cannot be resurfaced due to their extremely thin data layer and protective coating. This includes PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and most modern game discs. We also cannot resurface Wii U discs because they use a special proprietary coating that can be damaged during the resurfacing process. While not every disc can be saved, resurfacing can often restore heavily scratched discs to a playable condition and help preserve your collection for years to come.
