Game Genie FDL reserves the right to refuse service when necessary. This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving unsafe working conditions, nonpayment, harassment, excessive damage, incompatible items, or circumstances where we cannot confidently provide a quality service or result. Our goal is always to provide the best experience possible while protecting our customers, their equipment, and the quality of our workmanship. 

Disc resurfacing is a restoration process, not a guarantee of repair. While professional resurfacing can remove many scratches and imperfections, it cannot repair all damage. Results may vary depending on the severity, depth, and type of damage present on the disc.
 

•  Deep scratches, cracks, chips, warping, disc rot, or damaged data layers may not be repairable. 
• Resurfacing cannot restore discs with missing or damaged data. 
•  Some discs may appear improved but may still have playback issues due to damage beyond the surface. 
•  Certain discs, including Blu-ray discs and discs with special coatings, may not be eligible for resurfacing. 
•  Game Genie FDL is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or data loss caused by damage already present on the disc. 
•  Customers are responsible for ensuring discs provided for service are the correct items and are not counterfeit, modified, or altered.

Professional cleaning and maintenance can help improve airflow, cooling performance, and overall system longevity; however, it is not a guaranteed repair service. While we take great care with every system we service, cleaning cannot fix existing hardware failures, damaged components, or issues unrelated to dust and maintenance.

• 🎮 Game Genie FDL is not responsible for pre-existing hardware failures, hidden damage, corrosion, liquid damage, or component failures discovered during service. 
• 🎮 Older systems may have brittle plastics, worn connectors, or aging components that can become more fragile over time. 
• 🎮 Some systems may require additional services, repairs, or replacement parts to address issues discovered during inspection. 
• 🎮 Opening a console may reveal previous repair attempts, modifications, missing parts, or damage from prior service. 
• 🎮 Customers are responsible for removing any games, accessories, personal items, or storage devices before service. 

Any service requiring complete system disassembly includes a required internal cleaning. This allows us to properly inspect, clean, and service the system while it is already opened, ensuring the best possible results.
 

By submitting a console for service, the customer acknowledges that maintenance and cleaning services are performed to improve system condition and performance but do not guarantee repair of existing faults or future failures.
